As colder weather approaches we recommend you make sure your basement/crawlspace are sealed correctly. Make sure that your hoses are removed from hose bibs. Hose bibs are shut-off if possible. If your home has a history of water lines freezing, leave your water running about the size of a pencil lead. Cabinets that are mounted on exterior walls should be left open.
2025 Leaf Collection: Village Leaf Pickup will run until December 8th. Reminder to pile leaves in the green space in front of your home. Please DO NOT PUT LEAVES IN ROADWAY! Crews will start at one end of town and work through town daily. Leaves do not need bagged but all other yard waste (twigs, small branches, grass clippings…) will need to be bagged or bundled and called in for the Yard Waste pickup on Mondays.
We check all of our equipment on the 1st Thursday of each month. Trainings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month and business meetings are the 4th Thursday of each month. All meetings start at 7 pm.
