Fire Department Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and live within 10 miles of the West Milton fire station (701 South Miami Street, West Milton).

Application packets may be picked up at Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If printing the packet, please place your completed application packet in a sealed envelope and drop it off at the municipal building or mail it to:
