Municipal income tax assistance is also available by submitting the taxpayer assistance form and necessary documents to one of our drop box locations. Taxpayer assistance forms are also available online at http://ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us/
The Village office does have a few envelopes/tax forms if you want to complete your Village taxes on your own and mail in. Stop by during office hours to pick up a envelope.
