Week of 6/30-7/3: No change to normal trash pickup. Bulk Pickup will be Thursday 7/3. If you need a bulk pickup please call the office to schedule to be on the list or sign up online. Village office will be closed 7/4/2025. July 4th carnival and events at the park and around town begin 7/1. The schedule can be found on the Village event calendar. July 4th Parade is on Friday starting at 11am. Downtown roads will be closed prior to 11am. Hoffman Church will be having a BBQ Chicken Dinner starting at 11:00 am until sold out.

What is a variance for?

A variance allows a property owner to construct a building/structure that goes against the requirements held within a zoning ordinance. Once the variance is approved by the planning board, then the owner can obtain a permit and begin the project.
