Village Leaf Pickup has begun and will run until December 6th. Reminder to pile leaves in the green space in front of your home. Please DO NOT PUT LEAVES IN ROADWAY! Crews will start at one end of town and work through town daily. Leaves do not need bagged but all other yard waste (twigs, small branches, grass clippings...) will need to be bagged or bundled and called in for the Yard Waste pickup on Mondays.

2023 Mosquito Fogging

The dates of our 2023 mosquito fogging program are as follows:

May 22nd , June 5th, June 19th, July 3rd , July 17th, July 31st , August 14th,

August 28th , and September 11th.

Fogging’s are all on Monday evenings. The fogging times shall be after 10 P.M.

Additionally, we will need to fog the West Milton Municipal Park on the night of Monday July 3rd after midnight while already in town fogging.

All these dates are weather permitting (rain and wind), and can be rescheduled with permission from the Municipality of West Milton. One new fogging area will be Rachael Ann Blvd (New Stillwater Crossings Subdivision) which is just east of the St. Rt. 571 Bridge on the south side of the road. Other areas in need fogging including the DP&L Ball fields, entrance located at the intersection of St. Rt. 48 and Markley Rd. While in the area of Stone Meadows Blvd and Milton-Potsdam Road, it is worth noting that the Municipality of West Milton has incorporated Milton-Potsdam west to Davis Road on both sides.
