The Council Meeting on 12/9/2025 will enter into executive session pursuant to Section 4.12(B)(5)(b) at the end of the meeting.

As colder weather approaches we recommend you make sure your basement/crawlspace are sealed correctly. Make sure that your hoses are removed from hose bibs. Hose bibs are shut-off if possible. If your home has a history of water lines freezing, leave your water running about the size of a pencil lead. Cabinets that are mounted on exterior walls should be left open.

Colder temperatures headed our way

Posted on December 21, 2022

Protect your water lines and pipes from upcoming freezing temperatures.

Due to extremely cold temperatures in the forecast, it is recommended that you let your

water run a very thin stream (no bigger than a pencil lead) to avoid frozen and/or broken pipes.

You can also open sink cabinet doors to allow heat inside.
