Effective March 27th, 2023 the operating hours of Village Hall will be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, daily Monday thru Friday.
On the monthly Water Utility Shut Off day* for non-payment, Village Hall will remain open an additional two hours until 6:00 pm to accommodate last minute customers. On those days, two of the three office staff, and myself will be available to assist them as well as Water department staff to turn the water service back on upon the required payment.
We encourage our customers to take advantage of the payment drop boxes located behind Village Hall near the intersection of Main Street and Duerr Drive and at the front door of Village Hall.
As always, residents of the Village have the option to schedule an appointment with Village staff outside of normal office hours via phone or online on the Village web site.

*Shut off day is monthly on the third Wednesday of the month unless that falls on the 15th and then it falls on the fourth Wednesday of the month. In rare instances, the Village may adjust Shut off Day from the above described schedule. Therefore, we encourage residents to contact Village staff with any questions and or to confirm the date of that months’ Shut Off Day. Shut Off information may also be found at the bottom of your monthly Utility bill.
